1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Store Fellow (“Store Fellow,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, clicking to continue with an authentication provider, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
You must be able to form a binding contract and be legally permitted to operate the seller account you connect. If you use Store Fellow for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these Terms.
2. What Store Fellow provides
Store Fellow is an operating assistant for sellers. Features may include store synchronization, sales and inventory metrics, daily and monthly briefings, email alerts, public-review intelligence, marketplace trend research, advisory listing-risk monitoring, and a shop-aware chatbot. Features may change as the service develops.
During early access, some features may use clearly identified sample data, have usage limits, or remain unavailable. We will not knowingly present sample data as live Etsy shop data.
3. Accounts and connected services
Keep your account information accurate and protect your login methods. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Store Fellow’s failure to use reasonable safeguards. Tell us promptly at support@storefellow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connecting Etsy authorizes Store Fellow to access only the scopes shown during Etsy’s OAuth flow. The initial Store Fellow service is read-only and does not publish or edit Etsy listings. If write features are added later, they will require appropriate authorization and seller review; draft-first workflows do not transfer responsibility for final content.
4. Seller responsibility
You remain responsible for your shop, listings, inventory decisions, customer communications, taxes, legal compliance, intellectual-property rights, and every action taken on Etsy. Review Store Fellow output and the current official Etsy source before acting.
A low-risk result means only that Store Fellow did not identify a covered signal from the evidence and policy version analyzed. It does not mean Etsy approved the listing, and it cannot guarantee protection from suspension, removal, claims, or enforcement.
5. AI-assisted and analytical output
Some explanations, summaries, theme groupings, diagnoses, trend ideas, policy comparisons, and chat answers are generated with AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your facts. It is not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
Store Fellow calculates numerical metrics with code or database queries, not AI. Recommendations are designed to include supporting evidence, confidence, and expected impact where applicable, but those fields are estimates rather than promises of results.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Store Fellow to:
- break the law, Etsy rules, or another person’s rights;
- access a shop or data you are not authorized to access;
- sell, scrape, redistribute, or build advertising profiles from Etsy Member data;
- circumvent usage limits, probe security, introduce malware, or disrupt the service;
- misrepresent Store Fellow output as an Etsy decision, endorsement, or certification; or
- use automated output without the human review reasonably required for the decision.
7. Third-party platforms and communications
Store Fellow relies on third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms may apply. Etsy controls its platform, API, availability, data, policies, and enforcement. We may need to change or discontinue a feature if a provider changes access or requirements.
If you enable daily briefings, monthly reports, inventory alerts, or policy notifications, you authorize those operational emails. You can change available delivery preferences in Settings. Essential security, account, and legal notices may still be sent.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Store Fellow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, complete data, a particular business result, or that every risk will be detected. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Store Fellow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to amounts you paid Store Fellow for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing, except where such a limit is prohibited.
THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY STORE FELLOW (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy’s API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using Store Fellow and disconnect your shop at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, material breach, provider requirements, or risk to others. Contact support to request account deletion or a data copy while self-service controls are being completed.
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain intact.
10. Questions and disputes
Please contact support@storefellow.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These Terms do not prevent either party from seeking remedies available under applicable law or affect any mandatory rights you have in your country.
